For anyone exhibiting with us, once we have verified receipt of your booking fee, you are sent a welcome pack which explains all the below, but if your keen to know now… check out the FAQs below!

 

What time does the exhibition begin and end?

 

Each exhibition officially opens to the public at 5.30 p.m. and officially closes at 11.30 p.m.

 

How much does it cost to exhibit?

 

£25 per panel, we can offer each artist a maximum of 3 panels (depending on availability).

 

Can I exhibit on both sides of the panel?

 

No, all panels are one sided.

 

Can I screw into the panels, or hammer in my own fixtures?

 

No, we provide you with a ‘peg-board’ system, using this system you are able to easily and quickly position your work anywhere on the face of the panel.

 

What time do I need to arrive?

 

The space is ready for you to hang work from 1 p.m. (we strongly advise that you don’t arrive any later than 4 p.m. to hang your work).

 

When’s the earliest time I can drop off my art work?

 

Showcase staff will be there to meet you and take receipt of your work from as early as 7 a.m.

 

How much should I sell my work for?

 

This is entirely up to you.  However our audience are mostly made up of young professionals and other people looking for a bargain.

 

Pieces typically sell for between £5 and £175.  Our biggest cash sale as yet was £785, so there’s always a chance!

 

All sales are commission free with each exhibitor responsible for selling, and managing cash sales in a mature and responsible manner – Showcase staff have nothing to do with sales for the duration of each exhibition.

 

Do I need to be present for the duration of the show?

 

All exhibitors should be aware that they are fully responsible for the safety of their work and are also fully responsible for making any sales.

 

What happens if I turn up late?

 

If you turn up late (any later than 5:15pm) – unfortunately, due to the complications involved with immediately replacing you – you will loose your all your space(s).
